    Thats awesome, Maria, and your culinary masterpieces never cease to amaze. Most people that cook for themselves warm up hot pockets or something like that but you really get into it. You should make a beer cuisine e-book! The Aprihop is good too, and one of my faves from DFH. Cin cin!

    Beer skype time with dad! He hadn't had any barleywines before, but he knew I loved them, so he's picked out several for us to try together :slight_smile: Liking Hog Heaven. Very hoppy for the style, but manages to balance it nicely. Good stuffs. Cheers!

    First round of 2014 yard work done. It was a quick, strategic strike - just clearing branches and pruning a rose bush. I told the wife that my muscles had atrophied from a long winter and I didn't want to overdo it…

    This is one of the best smelling beers that I've had. Take a deep whiff from the bottle just after you pop it open - hop heaven!:rolling_eyes:

    My new old faithful. Gonna keep this one around for casual drinking then get a 6 or 4 of the better stuff each week. It's a nice break from IPA overload, anyway. I think I was getting what you guys call "palate fatigue". By next Friday, though, I'll probably be ready for a 2XIPA or DirtWolf.
