Here's to hoping there's no exploding Wild Devil bottles!

Glad to see Wild Devil returning. Also, glad to see anything that Victory puts out.

    “Variety of Victorys Summer Selections

For the first time in Victory’s history, the brewery also will release a seasonal variety pack. Containing four of Victory’s most pleasing summer flavors, the mixed 12-pack will include fan-favorite Summer Love Ale®, as well as the long awaited return of Whirlwind® Witbier and two recipes from Victory’s new draft-only Hop Ticket Series, Session IPA and Dry Hopped Pils, released in 2014.”

I will buy a case of the Victory Summer variety pack but I will confess that I am disappointed that Victory did not decide to include a bottled version of their Kolsch in this pack. Victory makes a very tasty Kolsch but it is only available on draft (at limited accounts).

@Starkbier (and other Victory folks), I recognize that Kolsch beer is not the most popular beer style among beer geeks but I will still continue to lobby that you Victory folks produce a bottled version of this beer (at least as a seasonal). How about putting it in 22 ounce bottles like you decided to do with Mad King’s Weiss?

    Cheers!

Sunrise Weissbier is better than Whirlwind Whit. Even with this fact it is a very promising variety pack especially with the dry hopped pils I already wanted to get a 1/6 of in May. And the Kolsch that Jack mentioned should get more recognition very tasty beer. Wish the moving parts was in 12oz hopefully price is right. Overall good news.

I wish these guys distributed more of their beers to WA. I think only one store in the whole state gets Dirtwolf...I was in Arizona last weekend and they had tons of it which was great for the weekend but frustrating for when I want it find it in Seattle...

Happy to hear, but do agree with the aforementioned Sunrise Weiss being better than Whirlwind. Either way, a welcomed variety pack.

I wonder if my tastes have evolved since my last Wild Devil. I recall extreme horse blanket and foaming that would put Rayon Vert to shame

There was a problem with over carbonation with the last Wild Devil release. They had a problem with exploding bottles.

I'll be getting the 12-pack just for that dry-hopped pils!

It is tasty, especially with 6 months age on it. Yeah don't age an IPA......unless it has Brett in it!

Michael, do you like Kolsch style beers?

I could use some help with my "Let's bottle Victory Kolsch" campaign!

I may be in the minority, but I like them better than Session IPAs. Maybe we can get personalized 12-packs .
