Firestone Walker Union Jack. 3 months old to the very day and showing it. Still, a very drinkable IPA but fresh, it's something else, eh?

Making up for completely failing to grab the right beer last night:

And because I'm super impatient (It's just too tempting when all you have to do is pull a lever and poof, you have beer!):

And I'm constantly in competition for beer and food in this house with this guy... I set my beer down in the light to get a clearer picture and he damn near drank it!

I hope that one day I will know if this beer tastes as good as it looks!

Picked up some Wiseacre brew in a trade this week. I'm not usually too quick to grab a pilsner, but this is very respectable. It's a shame this brewery wasn't around when I lived in Memphis. Big thanks to CraigTravor!

The freshest Union Jack I have been able to find around my neck of the woods this 2014 has been a month old. Love the beer, but when I can find fresher (and more importantly) cheaper Odell IPA sitting on the my local shelves (and in the mix-a-six section, so I don't have to buy a full sixer of just one beer) I always gravitate to this latter option.

But, man, do I have my moments where I am just craving a Union Jack. Fortunately, the local bar usually has some on tap to help me get my fix.
