    Does anyone know if the grain bill and brew process are the same on all variations other than the hop of course?

    It'll be Galaxy and the beer's name will be "Meteor Showers".

    Not really, but I think that would be a fun name for the beer when they get around to it.

    I talked to one of the brewers on Saturday, tall bulky guy...He said the next hop is "experimental" and not yet named. They are getting it out of Yakima, WA. He said Mosaic is not far off as well.

    Must be Azucca right? Not sure about the spelling. Beachwood just brewed an IPA with this hop and Noble has another beer that utilizes it. Forgot the name

    Nice! Excited to give it a try once it arrives. Though in the meantime, definitely enjoyed Simcoe (even if not as much as some of the others).
