    Ok - somebody has to do it. First beer of the day is Laughing Dog's Alpha Dog. Very over carbonated. and the photo is on my computer - I just can't quite figure how to get it uploaded to the site.

    I got in a few of the next seasonal from the brewery I sorta rep for here, and I like. Fruit dry-hopped AMerican Wheat Ale. Check it out when you see it come next month. Clean malt bill and nice bitterness with a good dose of pineapple and mango from dry-hopping. Like a mini-Gumballhead.

    Yea the description at work (Total Wine) doesnt sound appealing. Now Ive had a sample Devil Dog (their other DIPA), and it was a pineapple bomb.

    Just finished up a night shift, last one of the month and back to regular days starting on Tuesday. Since I've been up all night I figured I would come home and fire up the grill for a couple of burgers. I get great joy from freaking my neighbors out by grilling and drinking beer at 10am.

    Finally found this variety pack, which btw is a good, no make that a great, idea.

    I'm under a restless curse! Monday - Eff you MOnday. I am gonna come out here bold as brass and full of myself and full of spring and full of shit and tell all these people I love them! (Go ahead and dare me)



    Today I am making Ginger Beef with Scallion and pairing it with Sixpoint Resin. Oh I hope it's a good pairing.

    Back home in Germany enjoying a special beer we picked up at the abbey and unwinding from an AWESOME week in Belgium. Bruges is only a short 5 hr drive from our house and we WILL BE BACK!

    We love how every bar in Belgium matches the glass with the beer, so we are carrying on the practice at home.

    Maybe I should watch a Martial Arts film since I'm drinking a Dark Horse Scotty Karate Scotch Ale. This is a very good brew.
