I recently ran into someone from Michigan who said he paid $12 a bottle and that was common. Given I've been trading and buying this for years, I thought that price was well over normal. Anyone else seeing those kind of prices?

I paid $25.99 for a four pack today. The Binny's in the Chicago area were charging 5.49 per

$20-23 a 4-pack here. Which seems to be the "right" price.

Should be about $6, $8 doesn't bother me, above that and I pass and downgrade the store.

No packs to be found here. The only place that got it in my area was 1 bottle limit, $5.99 (same as they sold bcbs per bottle).

Yes! Stores can charge whatever they want and exploit in any way they want but I also have the ability to trash them on the interwebs. It's a two way street

The cheapest I paid for $4.74 for a single, that includes tax. Zero markup. They will see my business again.

Paid $9/btl with 2-bottle limit at one shop, $6/btl with a one-bottle limit at another. That's probably all I'm getting. NYC here.

I paid $9 per bottle at my local store, 3 bottle maximum. It's a great store and they're usually very fair on these releases, but it sounds like that was a bit too much.

They were all gone in under 2 hours.

Last year I paid $16/bottle. Once I got educated and heard how much others paid... I WILL NEVER pay that again. Ridiculously taking advantage of people.

The store I go to had it for $8.99+tax per bottle with a 3 bottle limit. I still think that is on the high range, but it is much better than the $10.99 per bottle with a 1 bottle limit per customer they charged last year.

Yup, count me among the screwed. $12 a bottle, 1 per. Thought that was going rate (based on what I heard BCBS went for locally).

Better be good. I was hoping to get two for a drink one now, drink one later thing ... Oh well, bottoms up.

Ridiculous variation and some price gouging. That said, I got my KBS at 3 different places in order to make trades for other beers I cannot find in Philly. As follows (you can do the per/bottle math):
    1) Center City beer store: $8 per bottle/2 bottle limit
    2) Wegmans King of Prussia: $5.50 per bottle/2 bottle limit
    3) Wegmans Collegeville: $19.99 for a 4 pack Kudos to my man Craig for selling me a 4 pack at a great price!

Never even seen it around these parts. Consider yourself lucky if you got any. Probably go for 10 bucks a bottle though seen last year at a bar plus my local place had black note for 9.50 a bottle, so if they got it probably the same.

I got some rye rebellion for 14.99 plus tax. May not be KBS but I appreciate having a barrel aged beer at a great price.
