Indianapolis KBS sightings

I have yet to see it. Most of my contacts keep telling me they are talking with their rep today or tomorrow.

 

I'm hoping Friday. That's when a few different stores get their Cavalier delivery from what I remember.

 

Stoneys sold all of theirs yesterday. Superior liquors also sold all of theirs today as well....

 

I'm ok if I miss out on KBS, but I'd really, really like to land a bottle of Black Note this week. I have a friend coming to town this weekend and it's high on his wish list. Sadly I'm told there is little to no distribution of it this year.

Good luck to all the KBS hunters though.

I'm told World Class doesn't even have Black Note yet but when they do, it will be less than last time.

 

Kahns is getting our KBS on Friday and it will be half of what we got last year despite our Founders numbers going up. It will not be for sale right away. After we have both KBS and Black Note inhand we will put out an email announcing when we are releasing them. For example it will be something along the lines of a Wednesday at 6pm, two bottle limit of each. We will give everyone a full week of notice before selling it.

Founders KBS, Bell's Black Note Release. Wednesday April 16th, 6pm, Kahns Keystone.

The time you've been waiting for has finally arrived, the release of Founders KBS and Bell's Black Note! These bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts are two of the most highly allocated and sought after releases all year. As promised, we are providing you with a week's warning and will be handling the release as we did last year.

We are going to release these highly coveted beers on Wednesday April 16th at 6pm at Kahns Keystone. We will have four cases of KBS for sale with a two bottle limit per person, first come first served. Due to the even more extremely limited nature of Black Note we will be releasing the beer via Beerocracy raffle with the KBS release.

We know that these limited releases can be stressful so we will be pouring a few new arrivals for you as you wait.

Like with all limited releases a small quantity will be set aside for our K-Klub members who are unable to attend and will be held for future Beerocracy raffles at our beer tastings.
