Spiers joined BA 5 weeks ago, how can you expect him to have perfect posting etiquette? The way you guys treated this newcomer gives all of the BA community a bad name.

 

Uhmm... maybe cause he embodies everything that's wrong with the craft beer scene right now? Also, at this point you should be able to tell when people are joking and when they're serious.

What the hell is posting etiquette? People are joking about his post because he said to share locations, and then never shared HIS location. Its just joking around - relax.

Yep, just got a tweet about it. With the way bottles have been flying of the shelves, figured I'd better get out there tonight.

 

Well you can overpay for a bottle of 512 at Hamricks while you're over there. $25 a bottle

 

Looks like this is not making a reappearance at thoms market on barton springs. They got it last year but they didnt receive any this year the guy said. The hunt continues. Chris's liquor on south lamar is sold out also.

Found out yesterday they sold out the same day it came in! Also found out he's stashing a case for a cellar release... Don't even want to know what that'll cost...

 

Ugh. He always does that. Any decent beer that comes in he just sticks in the back, so he can do a "cellar release" and pump the price up $10 a bottle.

There is still some around, but it doesnt seem to be as prominent as i was led to believe it would be this year. Maybe cuz they sent some to Houston and other markets

 

DFW got more than I've ever seen. I'm cool with blaming it all on Houston though... I mean I've got to keep up my shtick right?
