I could really be into "S'More Barrels, S'more Problems," for the end of 2014. Make some magic, guys!

What about something barrel aged in time for the derby then ship that ish down to KY. Boom, opening new sales territory while catering to them (2015 derby, too late now)

actually not too far off... we are bringing Mint Truffle to a Derby Party this year... and we love the mock-cocktail beer concept... Elijahs Revival in barrels right now is unreal.... so KY 2015 we could make a nice mint julep mock-tail beer... =p

It was great. Tasted like Chai tea. Hoping for more vanilla though. I'll age this second bottle of it and see what becomes of it.

Even though we've been open for two years, we're barely scratching the surface of what we want to do... or how we want to execute.... I know it seems simple because we have 'grown' in that time but that is out of necessity to pay bills and buy new equipment to allow us to make the beers we want to make (which we haven't begin to do yet). With the new facility next year we can rock the beers we know we can... while spending the right time on beers we want to explore.

we have some expensive toys we need to do what we really want to do... we got to borrow one of those toys for the Aviary beer and it's a whole new world... we're very excited.

PW's beers are so creative. I can't imagine your brainstorming sessions. "Why don't we try this" "That seems cool"

    Keep doing your thang!
