Why does Cigar City not have a regular stout?

The only reason I was able to find it last year was because of a small little south florida chain store that doesn't move a lot of craft beer but sometimes get limited stuff.

It was sitting in their cooler for a long time and i was the only buying them. That and the Life is Like.
