    Hopd Drop and Roll just took gold at the World Beer Cup!!! Congrats to Chad, Todd, Suzie and everyone else who makes Noda the awesome brewery that they are!!!!! Gold in the most highly competitive IPA category!!! It makes me proud, I cant imagine how it must make them feel. Well deserved guys!!!! Cheers!!!!

    Congratulations indeed! Couldn`t have happened to a better group of people. I`ve been pimping Hop Drop in Roanoke for a while now. Hopefully this doesnt make it any more difficult to get our hands on it though.

    After work yesterday, before settling in to watch a bit of The Masters, I casually poured an HD'nR in my favorite glass and marvelled at the beautiful head and outrageous room filling aromatics. I slowly savored that first beer thinking just how great a beer it really is. However the crew at Noda came up with this concoction, they have my vote and business for good. I'll bet the comments about North Carolina not having a world class IPA will vanish into the ether. Congratulations for a well deserved recognition.

    Try Bruisin' Ales. I saw they had a big stack of it about a week and a half ago. Go NoDa! This beer has made me proud to live in NC and I can't wait to eventually make the trek to the brewery.

    Immortale25 Bruisin" does not carry HDNR but App Vintner had about 15 cases of it Thursday. Did you guys see that Asheville Brewing Co won the gold for Ninja Porter? Very surprising. Wicked Weed grabbed a bronze for their imp red.
