I've got no clue to what the label says, other than it's a 5.2 % beer from Belarus. It's a nice tasting lager. I ordered it from a German webshop. Cheers !

Odell Loose Leaf. This is a very flavorful session ale.

    Happy Masters' Sunday, folks!

Just returned last night from Augusta National, tired, sunburned, and excited for this years finale of the 1st Major.

Sitting outside on the porch with Terrapins' Cinnamon-Rolled Wake n Bake. Enjoying the weather in the 70's this morning, blue skies with some great sun, and watching the grounds crew mow the golf course the day.. Fresh cut grass and a good beer.

Cheers! ( and Sic' Em Bubba!!! )

Does the artificial flavor leave a "funny" after taste? I was gonna seek it out, but once I saw the label, I changed my mind. At least they're honest, unlike Southern Tier.

No real funny after taste. I've had two now, and I think it's a good beer, but it's nothing mind blowing. Subtle cinnamon, and then a vanilla-creme finish to the coffee base beer. I think the funny taste, is the metallic note that Terrapin gets sometimes in their beers finish.

Still trying to keep it local - Monk's Ale from up at Abiquiu, on the way to Ghost Ranch. I don't remember seeing any signs for the abbey last year when we went to visit the Coelophysis dig site at Ghost Ranch, but I wasn't really watching. Today we're off to Santa Fe to visit the Georgia O'Keefe museum - lunch should yield some Marble or Second Avenue brews.

Surprisingly a simple Budweiser. Stopped on the way home and the only place open was the local gas station, and it's the best of what they had. Harmless enough when ice cold, and I've been hitting a lot of hops lately ba hookups in Ohio and Ca taking its toll on the palate.

It's been raining since I woke up nearly three hours ago. It's going to be a porter/stout kind of day.
