    After two BA stouts to start off the day, I need something to reset my palate. This NS Snow Wit ought to do the trick.

    Love the light shining through the glass (I didn't leave it there any longer than necessary to grab the pic).

    Maybe it's the style; maybe it's my own brain associating flavor with the glass; it's probably the yeast. Whatever it is, this absolutely tastes like something Allagash could have produced. One of the very, very few White IPAs I've found at all enjoyable.

    ...also the last one from the mix 12. :slight_frown:

    I lost my shit when Chase Utley hit a go-ahead homer in the 8th. I dropped the unopened bottle on the floor and spent the first 60 seconds post-opening madly slurping foam from the bottle top. I'm happy to report not a sud was lost!

    Love that beer. The fresher that beer is, the better that beer is, IMO. I have yet to find a coffee beer that can match the intensity of coffee that a fresh Big Bad Baptist brings to the table.

    I'm drinking the same right now!

    Sadly, mine is super old. I wish we could taste test yours with mine (bottled in June...eep). It's such a travesty grabbing good beer and then being too goddamn busy to enjoy it properly. I do admit I probably had a moment for these guys but was too sparing with my midwestern treasure.
