Damn, that's the beginning of a 3 week stretch that I'm out of town. Just my luck! :slight_frown:

No its doesnt. Encendido/a means lit. And encenia is a commemorative event. Ive never heard encendia before, might be latin, or a dialect?

So...I assume this is a first come first serve and no sign ups? Guess I will be there on Friday (I know it probably won't sell out until Monday).

    That's a beautiful looking beer.

It does. I'm fuzzy on my grammar terms (English-major fail), but "encendia" is a past-tense form of "encender" (to light, to turn on.). "Mi hermano encendia la lampara" = "My brother lit the lamp". It implies a habitual or routine action, which I think makes it an imperfect verb or tense.

You absolutely right. I was reading it with the accent in another place, so I never thought of the past tense form. I was also thinking of it as a noun, it being the name of the beer and all, I think that distracted me from realizing that as well. Now I feel stupid. I shall go solve my problems with beer! XD

I find myself in the same predicament. They always give me funny looks when I ask for Extra Medium.

That is a lot of bottles at 2/person/day...basically, 1400ish people would have to visit JK in three days to sell out that weekend...

It is the imperfect tense, inferring habitual or continuous action.

I'd bet it lasts through weekend one and most/all of two. Not sure about weekend three, depends if people like this quite exotic beer.
