Starting to become a big fan of them. My favorites are - Tank 7, Brooklyn Sorachi Ace, Dupont, and Funkwerks Saison. I am not sure if Surly Cynic counts- but love that one as well! Any others out there you consider to be top notch?

Only had Sorachi Ace. Thought it was amazing. I have a Ommegang Hennepin in the fridge.

Fantome when it's good. Foret is one of my personal favorite. I also really enjoy Hennepin.

+1 on the Pretty Things Jack D'Or—that there is an underappreciated saison.

I like saisons of all stripes. Ommegang does very well with them (Hennepin, and their current seasonal Glimmerglass), and there are lots of hard to obtain bottles from Hill Farmstead and the like, and some that are easier and just as worth it, like from Logsdon.

As for widely available ones, keep an eye out for Ommegang, Stillwater, and even Stone's new saison available in sixers.

I love Boulevard Saison Brett -- Especially after aging for 2-3 years.
Sorachi Ace is another good one.
Saison Dupot (as well as the strong holiday version, and Avril, the table version)
Anything from Stillwater (usually a little bent -- great stuff)

Crooked stave Surette and Prairie Puncheon those are my faves and they pretty much sit on shelves out here -

Du ciel makes a black saison isseki nicho - it's amazing!

Logsdon Seizon Bretta is one of my personal favorites, and it's affordable and somewhat widely available.

You've nailed many of the good ones. I'd recommend Ommegang Hennepin. Very much in line with the others you like.

Allagash Saison - Tried for the first time and am very happy. Easy to get and $10.99 for a 4-pack, hard to beat.

Tried FW Opal as well. First impression was not overly positive but need another bottle before making definitive call. $8.99 for a bomber and will be year round.

HF Arthur is amazing, highly recommend.

I had to chance to buy recently but passed due to quality issues. Never seen so such a wide range of ratings. Figured not worth the risk.

I had a Puncheon tonight, and was really let down. I love the Prairie Ale, and believe I had too high of expectations for Puncheon.

    For me:
Prairie Ale is my staple go to Saison

Man, is it just me or is this a pretty hard to come by list? I have had plenty of really good Saisons but only Saison Brett is on the first two pages. Brutal, well there are a ton out there including all of the ones mentioned. Trial and error is my favorite process of elimination.
