    First time having this. IT'S AWESOME! These guys are out of Vista, CA (near SD). Mother Earth Brewing Co. (out of the SAME little town) makes an AMAZING Imperial Peanut Butter Stout (Sin-Tax)--this is a MILKY SMOOTH, peanut butter-ier take. They are BOTH fantastic. If you like peanut butter in your stouts, just choose your ABV and go (Belching Beaver, 5.3% abv vs. Mother Earth's Sin-Tax, 8.1% abv)--you can't lose!

    Well they say life imitates art and you are what you eat (or drink in this case). So needless to say, this long day has left me as a mere caricature of my normal self.

    Calling this a middle of the road Barleywine would be a compliment. Between drinking this and a bunch of 6+ month old SNPA, I'm glad to put an exclamation point on this day.

    Got some really good brews lined up for tomorrow though. Sweet dreams BAs

    New Belgium Ranger IPA....because it was $11.99 a 12-pack and my wallet is sore from all of the $10-15 bombers I've been buying!! :grimacing:

    There was a lot of snow melt going on today and I can finally see the road. Funny that this is also the first day in a while that I saw bottles of New Glarus Black Top at the local grocer.
