Time to recruit 30 homeless people for a literal 9am bumrush...

Please tell me nobody has done that after the first time.

I guess you didn't see the Craigslist ad asking for people to mule beer?

Maybe true, but being from Chicago I don't know 1 person that decided not to go because of the raffle. If anything, it'll probably upset locals more so if they don't win the raffle

It looks like anyone that showed up was rewarded, no lottery necessary. I don't know how effectively they thwarted the over nighters, but I like a release that doesn't require camping overnight, just mad that I can't be there.

Any idea on a bottle count?

Man, I was considering making the drive from Carlinville, IL (a little more than an hour away) for this release (an opportunity for a day trip to St. Louis is always appealing), but reading all the comments here I'm glad I drove home a day early instead to be with my family for the holiday weekend. People take this stuff way too seriously.

It was an awesome release I gotta say. Had some great beers and met some fun folks (yes even met a couple nice guys in Blackhawks jerseys) Anybody who didn't show up because they thought they wouldn't get bottles should feel like a douche

Great time! I hear They caught somebody trying to pay mules to get in line and I'm suprised he wasn't kicked out. Met some great beer peeps and got to try some great beers.... Fuzzy is a very diggable sour and the barrel aged Sump was a nice surprise on tap. Well run event. Cheers to all involved today!!

Great release as always, glad I took the chance and went! Great meeting everyone and sharing beers. Chicago threw down.

It's probably around 800-1000 but that's purely guesswork.

Awesome event. Had a great time and got to meet a great bunch of BAs. Just amazing to see everyone sharing great beers and having great conversation. It was my first time down there but definitely will not be my last. The only disappointment was not being able to make it to Bogarts for some BBQ but we can also try that next time. Cheers!
