What about Barrel Aged Huge Disappointment?

I would not be totally surprised by that. I hear they are using artificial disappointment flavoring now to cut corners and save money, they should probably just call it Massive Disappointment.

Haven't they brewed "Huge Disappointment" for every backstage series since CBS?

I'd be so stoked if they did a bottle release of the Infiltrator IPA that they had on tap a while back.

I was hoping since Smoked Porter was a unplanned release that they would have another one sooner. :slight_frown:

Lets face it, if it is anything other than a imperial stout people are going to be disappointed and bitch about it

I hope its not Spite. Whatever version of Spite was on tap the first day of KBS release was awful IMO. Would be cool if it was something similar to the Artist Series black IPA, but Im not sure if thats too "simple" for a Backstage beer. If its not, id take Das Radikal too.

We should just all come to grips with the fact that Founders doesn't give a crap about us, especially the locals. That Black Party tap list was an embarrassment. There's no creativity or ingenuity left. I've moved on.

Yeah because getting KBS locally for a week and buying a couple 4packs really screwed the locals.
Guess you should change your avatar too since you hate Founders so much.

I don't hate Founders. I just know they are capable of doing so much more exciting stuff. Instead, they are choosing to focus on expansion into new markets, development of a useless smartphone Ap, continuous rollout of underwhelming (if not downright bad) backstage beers, disappointing events (9 IPA's on tap for a black party!). The trend is not good.

Truth is, there are so many better breweries out there now who know how to take care of their locals (HF, Side Project, Toppling, etc, etc etc).

If you love everything they are doing, great. More power to ya Steebo. I just know a whole lot of the mug clubbers are fed up - myself included. That's fine though, there are plenty of new, innovative breweries popping up everyday. Happy to spend my money there.

I'd be happy with a DIPA. Infiltrator would be a solid Backstage release, but I'd rather see Sleeper Cell. That was an amazing DIPA! Just don't BA it!
