Best Single Hops Beers

    What are the best single hopped beers of different hop varieties. (Hill Farmstead excluded)

    P.S. Please say more than just single hopped with citra beers. Thank you.

    P.P.S. This thread isn't about you trying this one beer that one time that no one can get so you seem cool, this is to help drinkers find beers that will educate them on different hop varieties and enrich their drinking experience.

    I really liked Clown Shoes Galactica (Galaxy Hops). It's not mind blowing but showcases the galaxy hops nice.

    Edit: Alpine Nelson IPA was stellar, I just don't know if it is brewed solely with Nelson hops or if the inclusion of Nelson hops just spurred the name.

    Bell's 2 hearted is great and readily available. Uses only centennial hops.

    Didn't/does Schlafly do an IPA with all Galaxy? That beer was straight up awesome.

    Southern Tier's 2XONE was really tasty. All Mosaic hops.

    Ya there TIPA (Tasmanian IPA) - it is great.

    I would add TG PseudoSue (Citra), TG Golden Nugget (Nugget), and a recent favorite of mine is Goose Island Endless IPA (Amarillo).

    Ale Asylum Hopalicious is an excellent Cascade single hopped pale ale.

    Not super easy to come by, but a lot of Toppling Goliath's stuff is single-hopped. Golden Nugget is Nugget hops, PseudoSue is Citra, SoSus and Pompeii are Mosaic, ZeeLander is Nelson Sauvin, 1492 is Colombus, Alternate Galaxy and Twisted Galaxy are Galaxy, the X-Hops series were individual experimental hops (Rainbow was a combination of all of them). All the ones I've had were amazing, except the X-Hops, which were just good.

    So THAT'S why I like it so much! Bought a sixer of it yesterday just expecting a typical APA. Come to find it's quite bitter and didn't see that it was 8% ABV until halfway through my first bottle. I love Mosaic. Great stuff.

    Flying Dog's Single Hop Series is in six-packs and a seasonal. All of them are very good. It just depends which hops you prefer.

    Falconer's Flight is a blend, but I think it's still worth mentioning.There's another, too, called Falconer's Flight 7 C's.
