Any of pipeworks single hop IPAs - of those Ive had, citra and simcoe were amazing, while Amarillo and galaxy unicorn were unparalleled and are in contention with each other (and surly abrasive) for best dipa I've ever had

Revolution galaxy hero is also fantastic

Drinking Noble Ale Works T.B.A. Showers right now. Single hopped with a new hop called "HBC 366." Pretty darn tasty.

I do not believe Reds Rye is single hopped. It does rely heavily on Amarillo, especially the dry hop, but I am pretty sure there are additional kettle hops used.

Ruination is definitely not single hopped. The Stone website shows Magnum, Chinook and Centennial.

I've enjoyed trying some of the Mikkeller single hop series. Thus far, I've had…
Nugget, Sorachi Ace, Simcoe, Warrior and Amarillo.
The Simcoe has been my favorite.
