It is my (possibly misinformed) understanding that Pentagram was a single barrel of the many oak barrels that eventually became Five, and now that they have the yeast banked, they will be making a new batch. Each barrel will have a slightly different character as it ages. Presumably, many barrels will be used to create the new Pentagram. Possibly the same barrels as last time? Maybe new barrels?

Originally Pentagram was the single barrel versions of what would become Five. After Five was released, they had a bunch of angry yeast sitting in a tank looking for something to eat. On top of that they had quite a few barrels sitting in the warehouse, that couldn't be used for anything else besides a "wild ale." With the lessons learned from the first go round. The beer has quietly been sitting in the barrels for months without any fanfare. The result was no more "when's it going to be ready?" Followed by the obligatory, "when it's ready!"
Keeping with the original name and imagery, Pentagram was summoned back into existence. I can't speak to the time table, but I'm sure that it will be released "when it's ready!"

The art on those labels are killer, good call on keeping Berglund around! Pentagram especially, I'm excited to see the bottle.
