It certainly is documented verified and confirmed with all the rigor one has come to expect from this forum.

It is true. It has been approved. It will be here at the end of May or early June. I believe Flood

Honestly, I don't get the hype these guys bring. Nothing I've had from them was any good that I can remember. Hopefully I just haven't tried the right one(s) yet.

This would be pretty awesome if true

It's true (echo?) according to TABC.

Any ideas as to what beers are hitting first?

I agree. They make a decent sour, but nothing that is mind blowing from the offerings I've had. Believe it or not, I've brought Jolly Pumpkins to bottle shares, and a lot of times, they sit there once I open them; a few people will take some, but I thought with the hype that JP has, people would be after it, but that was not the case.

Don't buy any then, and leave it all to me:wink: Oro De Calabaza is one of my favorite beers anywhere.

yea ya'll can tick somewhere else. Their brews are solid, not always amazing and rarely hyped up (which makes them easily available). Ron's got that saison thing down.

Never thought their beers were hyped. They offer a good solid line up of beers. La Roja, Biere De Mars, Madrugada Obscura, Oro De Calabaza, Baudelaire IO, etc. I love visiting Michigan and always finding most of their beers on the shelf anytime of year. Not everything has to be a whale to be enjoyed. I think it's a good addition to Texas as besides Prairie there hasn't been an artisanal brewery like this distributed in Texas yet.

No need to tote that holier than thou crap here. Just because I don't think they're that special doesn't mean I won't drink a few here or there, nor does the fact that I'm not jizzing over them mean I'm a ticker or a whalezbro.

I'm excited to have a new brewery come to Texas. A few years ago we were talking about how few out of state breweries wanted to expand into TX, and now everyone is kind of "meh".

I really enjoyed Maracaibo Especial. I'll definitely pick up some of their stuff when it gets here. Hopefully it won't be priced $16 per bottle....

Damn, Flood only seems to make it up to DFW once a month. That needs to increase.
