Just a quick update, the box for @mps, who won March's LIF has been assembled and will go out tomorrow. It includes 5 of his wants in addition to 3 top 10 beers according to BA. This month will have the fewest participants which means a higher chance for all that entered including SirPutzly.

Good luck all, this one is closed!

I'm not weighing in either way, I think it should be solely at OP's discretion; but it looks like 3 participants' entries came in after the 10:00 PM EST deadline on April 13th (one at 10:55 PM on Sunday and two in the early hours of Monday).

Before this gets too far underway, we should probably get a ruling whether or not they are eligible, to avoid hurt feelings down the road.

Not sure what time zone you're set on but one entry came in at 10:25 pm which was already ok'ed by the host of this and then the one that followed after that was also from @PA-Michigander who is hosting this LIF

I'm in the eastern time zone, which is the time zone the deadline is posted as. I'm not counting PA-Michagander's own post, only the three before it, SirPutzly at 3:25 AM on Monday, Damian74Shensky at 1:24 AM on Monday, and mps at 10:55 PM on Sunday. Again, I'm not weighing in on whether these three entries should or should not be approved; only pointing out that those three, based on OP's stated deadline, came in after the deadline.

I thought it would be wise to make a ruling now if those three are in or out, the mention above (I thought) was a little vague, and I'd hate for one of those guys to win and the person in 2nd place to feel cheated, or one of those guys to have a better score than the person who won and feel cheated, just because there wasn't a definite ruling.

According to the times that it says on my page, SirPutzly was the only one who submitted something after 10p, with his entry coming in at 10:25 pm. I'm thinking your time zone might be set to something other than EST on this site.

As mentioned above all but SirPuttzly's entry was received in time and I decided to extend a 25 minute grace period to him, making him eligible. The deadline was to make sure no one could watch or see any games that would have an impact on answers and those 25 minutes didn't give him an unfair advantage.

Yea, this one doesn't have the panache others have had. Next month's will be the NFL draft so hopefully it will be a little more lively.
