    Provincial wasn't as sour as I was expecting. It was still pretty good.

    First time having Easy Jack and man it was wonderful!

    Good morning, BAs! I had duty yesterday, so it was a dry one. I've got a big tasting event tonight, so I'm taking it easy until then. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy my second favorite liquid vice.

    This particular vintage is pretty mild on the bitterness, and it hides the alcohol exceptionally well.

    Last year's was still better, though.

    Oh you guys! I know I am late for breakfast on reviewing this one but I went away to vermont and holy beautiful backnotes is this beer wonderful. It's not Le Bleu. it does not have to be Le Bleu. It's a world class sour if I have ever had one. It's pristine. It creates tension on the palate by bringing a deep fruit sweetness and an almost (ALMOST) vinegary sour to it's threshold. Brilliant mango is the surprise fruit in this beer. When I first treid it I said lemon and it has lemon. But it also has mango. OH golly. I'm drunk and it is not even noon.

    Way to represent the great state of Wyoming!!

    I stumbled on a bottle in one of my "cellars" that I didn't realize I had and still being in a paper sack, I knew I had bought it locally. I probably read it as a Juliet but it's actually a Lolita:
