MN- Busters On 28th

    My lasting memory is on their 5th? anniversary, they were giving away random glassware. I asked the manager if he had a Kwak glass, and he came back with one for each at my table. Very cool

    Now this is a great idea. . . I mean they save kegs. . . . why not make a business plan out of it.

    I've seen the cellar at Pracna, they do a nice job.

    There are restaurants that have a cicerone on staff and they do not have a cellar list. Utilization..
