Queue up the bitching about Kern River not bringing Citra or Class X, Societe not bringing a sour, Ballast Point not bringing a special offering, yada yada yada...

I was really surprised Kern isnt bringing double dirty hippie, since they have it on tap now. i'm guessing people will bring something they arent telling the media....

There are already more beers I want to try than tickets I'll have. I won't be upset if no one else brings anything "special". I'll probably just sit jealously if there is more stuff others are drinking that I can't have.

From the Sucreversary ticket page "Ticket includes: beer tasting, food, collectable glassware"

Looks like they changed it from '10 tasters' to 'beer tasting'.

Unlimited Beer tasters :grimacing:, does that mean I can have 20 pours of hottenroth?

I'll be it isnt unlimited, but I know a lot of people were complaining about how hard it was going to be to pick 10 beers w/ a bunch of extra breweries going. I bet they open it to at least 15-20??

15 has always been enough for me at any festival if I'm drinking bigger ABV beers. So if there is a limit I wish it were that. 10 is just not quite enough.

I am super stoked for this event. Being the huge fan of the Bourbon Barrel Aged beers, I might be around those booths most of the time. Any ideas regarding the food that will be offered?

I thought the Oak & the Rye were the best variations... the Rum was my least favorite and the other two tasted the same (Port & Madeira), Madeira is the better of the two IMO.

Of all of them, any one of them worth purchasing bottles?

If any of you guys need an extra ticket (RS) I won't be using my 2nd one (wife has to study). Not looking to sell the ticket for more or anything in return...I just have a spare tickets so if anyone could use it, BM me.

That's a tough one... specially when you consider the bottle list that the Bruery will be releasing for their "May Cellar Sale". But if I had to purchase one, it would be the Rye for sure. I also like the Oak because you get a lot of the oak characters from the barrel. The Port & Madeira really fell short from what I was expecting... hardly any of the barrel character in the drink itself.
