    Drinking a boh, but there are no O's today :slight_frown:. Just ordered "The Plinian Legacy" home-brew ingredient kit from Northern Brewer. Will be posting pictures in WBAYDN threads during the process. I'll send some bottles to @SammyJaxxxx with the OTWOA I still need to send. :slight_smile:

    Last night's Logsdon Seizoen Session:

    It was great having all of these over the course of the same evening, from appetizers through dessert. All of these bottles have been "aging" in my beer fridge at around 50 degrees for over a year. The Oak Aged Bretta picked up the most favorites but Peche 'n Brett was a close second. Oddly enough, the Seizoen had more funk on the palate than the Seizoen Bretta. Logsdon makes fantastic beers and saisons are not even close to a favorite style for me.

    Two things I've learned about PnB in the last few months: (1) it's easily in my top 5 beers of all time, and (2) that 10% ABV really sneaks up on you.
