    They are, including the BB.

Well then call me superman cause I have twisted off every BB and DR 12 oz bottle cap I have drank at home...

@awinkro can speak to this more accurately, but I've heard that StA has done extensive testing with twist-off and "regular" caps and has found no discernible difference in seal quality. I think there have been other, comparable studies done elsewhere that have yielded similar results.

All of the 12oz bottles are twist off, including BB and DR.

...and to beat a dead horse again...there has been no scientific evidence to prove that twist-off caps allow more oxygen than pry-offs. If there was we would switch.

Well, there you go. At least I got my monthly incorrect statement out of the way early this month.

I somehow misread @thewrongtone 's post as twist off instead of pry off. I have no problem with the twist off either.

At first, I thought it was kinda odd to put out pry-off bombers and twist-off 12oz bottles. Then I thought they must be separate bottling lines.

So, I guess it would actually be stupid to have 12oz bottles with both types of crowns.

Reasoning. I think I have it.

Eh I've seen twist-off caps come off if the beer is dropped or makes contact with something. While they might keep the beer equally fresh, they are more prone to accidents I think.

I have seen pry-off caps do the same thing.

My 09 Bourbon Country Stouts are twist offs, and no oxidation in sight. Some of my favorite beers period.

My entire beer usually breaks if it falls.... the caps don't seem to save it.

Oh... and I really like this DR14.

You noticed that but didn't find Brandon Stark when he was right under your nose? Yeah, like your opinion matters.

If anyone from Austin was out of town last week like me, I picked up a 6-pack of DR14 today at Central Market N Lamar and there were at least 4 cases left on the floor. They also had a couple cases apiece of Noble King and Das Wunderkind (I think).

Well while there may be no difference between pry off and twist off as far as oxygen, the only bottles Ive had leak when layed on their side (usually for shipping) have been St Arnold 12 oz bottles. This is in no way hate, as I love St Arnies, and are proud to have them in this great state of ours, Im just stating what Ive had happen to me. And its been more than just a couple, so Ive given up chalking it up to coincidence.

For those in the Houston/Sugar Land/Missouri City/Stafford area there is STILL some DR14 available for purchase at the Kroger at the corner of HW6 and Murphy RD in Missouri City, TX. It's behind the customer service counter, you have to ask for it.

My wife actually discovered this while paying our utility bill. She saw a stack of DR boxes sitting there. So she bought one more six pack for me.
