    Perfect on a spring Friday afternoon in Michigan. Great aroma. Not as light as a typical tripel but the spicy and sweet flavor was well appreciated. I'm not an expert, but I finished the glass!

    From last night: A great tour and tasting at Brau Bros brewery and taproom in Marshall, MN. The tour was conducted by Dustin Brau who is clearly a bit of a genius when it comes to brewing. Awesome time.

    Part of their huge taproom/restaurant. The food is excellent.

    Tasted a couple of excellent brews during the tour. Then back to the taproom for this:
    "Fluthered," their Irish Red.

    This was the beer highlight of the night, went with Dustin's recommendation: "Tiramisu Moo Joos." Their excellent stout flavored with vanilla and coffee beans. This was served from a firkin and was top-notch. Wish they bottled this one. Great night! If you get a chance, pay them a visit.
