I find that Nelson Sauvin hops provide some great tropical fruit flavors. A couple quality beers that come to mind:
    Elysian Savant (formerly Idiot Sauvin)
    Jack's Abby Kiwi Rising

El Segundo Hop Tanker is super juicy, not sure if it has the Mango you're looking for.

Galaxy is the most tropical-tasting hop to me. Very bright and orange-y, many say passionfruit (which I've never had). I get some in Enjoy By (which I'm pretty sure uses Galaxy), but the sour-pineyness is much more dominating. Schlafly's Tasmanian IPA (October release) would be my best example, but any beer hopped with solely Galaxy should be very similar.

Another option is to get into hop breeding, and successfully stabilize a hop with a very high mycrene (main flavor component/chem in mangoes) content :stuck_out_tongue: I bet we see one in a few years.

I think that Cigar City has actually used mango in a double IPA that I had at their brewpub.

I'd say beers brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops will give you the biggest mango specific flavor, however with Citra you will also get lots of citrus and with Mosaic you'll get a lot of peach and some herbal rosemary quality.

If you are in NJ than I highly recommend you head to Tired Hands in Ardmore PA. They are just outside Philly and consistently pump out some of the best beers I've ever had. I promise you will not be disappointed if you are looking for hoppy/fruity IPA's.

Apex from Bear Republic was the most mango-y I've ever had, but it's almost nine months until they brew it again.

Destihl in Bloomington and Champaign, Illinois has a mango IPA on draft that I've really enjoyed several times. They've started distributing cans but not the mango IPA yet. I hope they do soon.
