Looking forward to tasting the new batch. The last one wasn't really my favorite. Still fantastic, but when compared to other JK Fruited sours it didn't really do it for me. Hopefully the blackberry flavors come through stronger in this one.

Also excited about what 2 per person means for the quantity produced. Hopefully it lasts through to Memorial day.

@jesterkingbeer any info on bottle counts and if this is expected to last until Memorial Day weekend?

I'd have to think that 2 per person means it's a very significantly sized batch.

With state and federal label approval, distribution is highly suspected.

2 bottle limit means there must be plenty. More excited about the fact that it seems like a whole new beer; if the sour pale base has proven successfull, then it will work wonders for this guy.

La Vie was limit two right? Could last a similar amount of time. Although this will be more sought after.

Hope this lasts through Memorial day so I can finally try this. It might end up being an expensive weekend.

We have about 600 cases, so we expect it to remain for sale at Jester King for a few months. We like to always have at least one barrel aged sour beer refermented with fruit available at our brewery, so we set a limit that should make it last for a while. The next batch (blend 3) won't be for quite a while. - Jeff

I'll start saving my lunch money. I'm glad selling your beers at the brewery has kicked production into overdrive. I remember just a few short years ago, this was everything we hoped for. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, once again, for the quick response. Having accurate details curtails the rampant speculation that too often happens here. Sounds like this will be around for a few months, so people don't feel like they have to charge over there on the first day.

As always, we appreciate everything you do.

As someone who has already tasted the new batch, I can tell you that this one is MUCH better (not that the first was bad). The fruity, jammyness of this one is far more significant than the first. You shall not be disappointed - its an excellent beer.

Awesome. Cancel my #GaPiufMB. I can make it there in the span of a few months.

Thanks for recognizing this. Selling on site has made a night and day difference for us. We've been able to bring in some really talented people, helpful equipment, and create more space for fermentation. - Jeff
