Do they post one online? Website, FB, or Twitter? Website seems not to be set up.

None of the above. Only on a chalkboard inside. With all of the tech talent drinking in that place everynight from the likes of Google, Facebook, and Akamai, you think one of them would offer to develop a site in exchange for a couple of bar tabs....

It really is inexcusable that the place has been open for how many years now and still doesn't have a functioning website. "Site coming soon..."

My plan is to go to Lord Hobo been once already and was not dissapointed. Just never been to Meadhall. Is it worth it? They are fairly close correct. Going to be in Boston all day Saturday for b day. Starting a Trillium. Is it better to hit Buwkoskis and Atwood's then MH?

Some people really like Meadhall. Some don't.

They have a very long taplist. That said, probably 75-80% of that list is pretty pedestrian for craft beer. Lots is good, but the sort of stuff you can buy at any good store in the Cambridge area.

10-15% is interesting but highly over-priced for the pour size.

5-10% is interesting, good, and of a reasonable price.

Also never really been impressed by the food. Others like it, but I just don't think it's very good. I used to live in Inman and would go to Hobo 80% of the time, CBC 15% and Meadhall maybe 5%.

I got a 20oz Tank 7 for $10 at a resort hotel in southern California last week, and I thought that was pricey.

Nothing like the classic 8 oz Meadhall pour. I remember the first time I ever went there, paid little attention to the taplist and ordered like a $13 Allagash Bourbon Black, expecting one of the .4 L cervoises... And then got the little one. At least they do tell you up front, if you're paying attention...

I for one love, love Mead Hall. Really nice bartenders and I always find something interesting on the menu. Nevertheless, it would be great to know what's currently available. That link is kind of strange, does it update?

i like meadhall from the time i went, but the last time i popped my head in they had like 50 taps of pedestrian craft beer, overpriced. and this is not "i glanced and it was all pedestrian," this is "i obsessively check bars' taplists and always seek out that one jewel that's either priced well or is rarely available."

service was good. atmosphere was pretty good with reservations. not a place i would just wander into with CBC and lord hobo so close and so great.

No, I just posted a PDF of our beer menu to my personal Dropbox. We should (fingers crossed) have our website up before long.

Went in there 2 December's ago with some buddies on a Sunday. They were having a DFH event in 2 or 3 days, so they had a bunch of dead draft lines (ok, somewhat understandable). My buddy orders a Dark Horse Double Crooked Tree without looking at the price on menu, and gets a 10 or 12oz pour for $13! Here's the kicker, it tasted like the lines were dirty so the beer tasted like shit!

Never again, with so much other talent in walking distance.
