    For the last beer of the night, I'm moving on to perhaps the best of the "chewy" imperial stouts. I'm talking, of course, about Oskar Blues' Ten-FIDY.

    Seriously, the end of this is pure, simplistic, rock 'n roll win, of the likes that only Type O and Alice ever deliver to me.

    Biggest disappointment in a while...

    While tending to my hop garden - Zeus on the left and Willamette on the right

    they are getting huge! approx. 8'tall already. This time last year they were maybe 1/4 the size!

    Here in England this is one of the best breweries making U.S. style beers The Kernel Pale Ale - Mosaic US 366 Centennial (5.3 abv) is a grapefruit and orange laden hop bomb. Had one yesterday too. I put the top back on the empty bottle then opened it and inhaled this morning....aaaah hop heaven!!!

    Indy isn't feeling very photogenic today. He pulled up lame yesterday, and had to go to the vet today (doesn't like getting his temperature taken). He's limping pretty bad, and we're not really sure what is going on.
