    Devil Over a Barrel complements of Ri0. It's a (partially) bourbon-barrel-aged coffee oatmeal porter.

    This stuff is seriously good. Best porter I've ever had. No doubt about it. :slight_smile:

    Probably one of the biggest disappointments that I have had in months (and certainly my biggest Bruery disappointment). :slight_frown: And I drank a lot of Captain and Coke back in the day, you would think that this would be right up my alley.

    Drinking a Delirium Nocturnum, which I've surprisingly never had before. Made me think of this song:

    So I think I need a detox one day soon....however, there are just too many good beers to be had in my refrigerator!

    Today’s workout:

    AM: 30 mins fasted cardio / recovery work

    Lunch:
    6 Min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
    6 push press (135lbs)
    6 burpee over the bar
    - rest 4 min
    6 Min AMRAP
    8 hang clean (135lbs)
    6 burpee over the bar
    - rest 4 min
    6 Min AMRAP
    10 deadlift (135lbs)
    6 burpee over the the bar

    Now enjoying this bad boy...
