Is there a date on Heady?

No. There's a number, but they won't tell you what the number means.

 

If you are not drinking by the time you start worrying about a date you are not drinking it fast enough.

 

I doubt there is a 2 month old Heady on shelves anywhere, let alone 2 year.

 

This. I'm sure the turnover is so fast, finding an old one (even if you wanted to) would be impossible.

 

Not that it matters, but I've had Heady that's six months old and it's STILL awesome. Not the same as fresh...but still amazing. With all those magical floaties in Heady, the flavor really sticks around.

 

A 2 year old can from a brewery that just started canning less than a year ago would be a neat trick.

 

Was going to post this. If it's in a can, it can't be even a year old.

 

There is no date on Heady. I've been told the code on the can is from the can manufacturer and has nothing to do with the contents.
