    It's actually only 10 gal though. I brew mostly 5 - 5.5 gal BIAB batches, which it's perfect for

    On to the boil... check out those Columbus hops, 19.5% AAUs! Of course, to balance out the honey malt / melanoiden / munich / cara-pils, I need a few IBU's :slight_smile: 100% Citra at Whirlpool and double-dry hopped.

    And this is every bit as good as I remember it! Slightly dank, slightly sweet on the front end, bitterness all the way throughout the back end as well, but leaves a residual caramel sweetness with the hop "aroma." I look forward to this every year! Oh, and hit my pre-boil target of 1.058 and 6.5 gallons :slight_smile: Watching the 500, does this day get any better? (Watched the Monaco GP to start the day off!).
