Are you in Germany? That would make more sense, as opposedto you starting drinking everyday at 7am in PA. I just thought you were a raging alcoholic.

I often wonder about these pics in this thread.

Are people getting off the night shift, in a different part of the world, or do that many BA's start drinking this early?

I also wonder if people post pics of beer that they might not actually be drinking first thing in the morning,.

Went to the beach this weekend with my gf and a six pack of Sam Adams Porch Rocker. Not the best out there, but very refreshing.

Enjoy by 6/24/14. Poured 5/28/14 into a shaker pint. $2 single bottle.

Appearance: Semi-aggressive our got it into the glass perfectly with about a two and a half finger head. Slightly hazy light amber color (or the orange of a tiger's fur?) with an off-white, creamy head. Great lacing. (4.5/5)

Smell: Certainly a rye IPA. There's that sharp rye spiciness at first, but then a lot of citrus in it as well as some tropical fruits. Pleasing. (4.25/5)

Taste/feel: Yes, that's nice. I wouldn't expect anything less from GLBC. This beer has an awesome, awesome balance between the spicy rye, fruitiness and bitterness from the hops, and then some sweetness and biscuity flavors from the malt. Pretty full body with a pretty light carbonation that I actually was just a little bit higher. Sweet hop flavor at the front with some spicy rye and a bit of bitterness at the end. Overall, I think it's sweeter than it is bitter, and for that reason makes this taste more like a DIPA than an IPA -- the body of this gives that impression as well. (4/5, 3.75/5)

This beer's packing some flavor for two bucks a bottle. There's a nice complexity there -- it's just a very well made IPA with depth of flavor added with the rye, and that's a perfectly good thing. This beer doesn't have nearly as much rye as some other rye beers I've had in the past. In Rye of the Tiger, it compliments rather than takes the spotlight, and it works exceptionally well. (4/5)

    (4.05/5)

    Drink up, BA!
