I noticed Fuller's went from 6 paks to 4 paks with the price per bottle just about the same

You are completely correct which is why I find the 24oz cans of rita pretty comical.

I remember reading that Anchor switched from Nips because the bottles became much more expensive than 12oz bottles.

Drink before going back in the field? Must have been some serious softball.

Not drink before going back on the field? That would be a sad softball league.

Leagues I've been in a 12oz was fine cause you could carry it on the field with you.

I actually enjoy the Lime-a-Rita's. They are great on a hot day at the beach. 8oz is perfect, you fill a pint glass with ice and pour the can over it. Tastes just like a margarita on the rocks.

Flame me away, but I'll never understand why people on these forums get so upset at people for drinking what they enjoy.

Just saw 22 (or maybe 24) ounce cans of Lime-a-Rita last weekend, so they definitely aren't just being sold in 8oz cans.

Nips make more sense than 22 oz bombers for big beers. Hell, 12 0z bottles make more sense than bombers for big beers.

Yeah, I get a 12 pack of the lime and a large can of the strawberry. I add a splash of the strawberry to the lime. Really refreshing.

That's what I was referring to. Softball without drinking? No way.

Is it an actual margarita that's in there or is it bud light with some sour mix&other additives thrown in there?

What is disturbing is that chances are, Bud and Coors will explain it for some different, nonsensical reason.

Dos-Aritas are better tasting and supposedly 100%agave nectar but my gf likes bl limarita and if I have no real beer ,anything with "Arita" at the end isn't beer, I will partake.

Lime-a-Rita is 8% alcohol (6 in some states) and is intended to be served over ice - that's why those are small. They also are sold in 16 and 25oz cans.

Enjoy any beverage you like, just don't call it beer if it isn't beer.
