    It's Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month to those of you that work for the man, and being the only person in the clinic that can lay claim to being of Japanese heritage, I volunteered to cook Japanese cabbage pancakes (okonomiyaki) for the entire clinic so people can experience the joy that is cheap Japanese street cuisine. 90 minutes later, I didn't get to taste much of the other food that was being offered for the potluck, but didn't care too much for it seeing as how an hour and a half slaving away in front of a hot grill left me exhausted.

    Came back home and opened one of these bad boys to celebrate a job well done:

    Special thanks again to @Travitten for this one. I've had other Mosaic IPAs before, but none have come close to what I'm tasting now. Toppling Goliath is slowly becoming my favorite brewery!

    This was bottled on 2/06/14,,,,still has a good profile in the hops but average in taste. Centenialish. Smoking some venison this afternoon and I have another batch of it in a experimental brine I concocted. Talked with old friend that lives in SoCal now... Good Food, Good Beer, Good times.
