Pictures help in the overall enjoyment of the visual aspects of the post. But those who have had the beer you posted know what you're enjoying. If that makes sense. Or were you being Snarky?

Doin' work on that deck. We should hang out, or maybe not. You got me thinking about doing bad things to my Wulver.

Tree trimmers showed up this morning to trim my palm trees and I decided last winter that I had a pine that needed to come down since it was crowding my backyard, so here it is falling to the ground......[IMG]

The after photo and this will make it easier to clean, and opens the view up.......

And now I'm drinking the big "V" while watching the game. Cheers!

Some of the heaviest riffs known to man are in this song. This was the album that got me into Opeth (Deliverance, not Lamentations). Good night music.

Rode Brighton's Torn Shirt and Murray Lake trails today. Fun and pretty damn technical. I am surprised the Deer Flies are already out there. I hate them, they had lunch on my arm and neck today.

    Beer:

Really good English pale ale. Pleasant notes of grapefruit/lemon zest/orange peel balanced by caramel/toast/biscuit/lightly nutty malts. Very good robustness of flavor. Good example of the style.

Very good maibock. Really enjoyed this. Lemon zest, pear, apple, honey, toast, biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. All around well balanced hop and malt flavors with very smooth and clean lager character. No off flavors. Very nice robustness of flavor as well.

Damn good IPA. Bright grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, floral, grassy hops with a moderate amount of light caramel/biscuity malts. Nice and crisp, fairly sticky. All around great stuff.

Very tasty Belgian pale ale. It is pretty much an APWA with Belgian yeast. Lemon zest, pear, apple, white grape, banana, wheat, bread, clove, light bubblegum, herbal, grass, and earthy yeast. A bit of earthy tartness on the finish from the wheat/yeast. Smooth/crisp and easy to drink. It definitely screams summer. Nicely enjoyable.

Yaaaaay! WAY TO GO!!! Proudly displaying the Duvel!

Now, I love that chalice, but in all honesty, if the stem on that thing was only an inch longer...it'd be perfect.:wink::slight_frown: :flushed:
