    Drinking a Granville Island Shipload of Hops. Their newest Black Note Book Series bomber, and like its previous releases doesn't disappoint. A nice blend of styles with British and American IPA styles coming together. Lots of maltiness with a great hop profile from the simcoe and amarillo aromatic hops. They may have been bought by big beer but this bomber series is definitely sticking to its craft roots.

    not as fresh as I'd like, but still pretty good (and while I hate admitting it, the fresh-heads out there are right when it comes to our hoppy pales here in the States -- fresher does seem to be better):

    I use my Duvel glass most of the time. I wouldn't call it a chalice. It's more of a snifter/tulip. I am going to use it "toomorrow" though :grinning:

    I think the "Drink From the Can!" admonition from Alchemist is really an abbreviated version of "If you need shower beer, drink from the can because things get slippery in the shower and glasses break and ouch, no one wants that!" Best shower beer ever! Cheers to the day before that day that is the day before the weekend, BAs![​IMG]
