Ha, Jeff you beat me to it!

I will say this beer is definitely one of my favorites of the new releases, and at a great price! Very well balanced.

    Cheers all.

Forgot to add that using fermentable sugars after pasteurization works as well.

I am heading out to JK this afternoon and it is my first Friday visit. Was wondering what the atmosphere is like - pretty much the same as Saturday?

Friday seems to be a lot calmer/less crowded than Saturday

That's correct. We typically have about 250 visitors on Friday and 750 on Saturday.

Can't wait to try this. Somewhat unrelated. Is Jester King doing away with their "year round" lineup. It seems every weekend their list of available beers is smaller and smaller, and focusing entirely on these limited type releases.

Just to update, @PatrickInAustinTx and I shared a bottle of this last night, and it was even more spectacular than I remembered it when I had it last. That bottle conditioning magic has taken this beer to a special place. Crisp, light and tart, with a slightly sweet aftertaste that just lingers in your mouth. This beer has quickly moved into position as one of my favorites, and will be a summer staple in my house.

I think that's fair to say. For instance, on our webpage we no longer make the distinction between year-round and limited release beers. There are several factors at play, but ranking up there would be the legal ability to sell beer onsite contributing to our creative freedom. Not that we didn't before, but we feel very free to make the beers we're most interested in and to allow the seasons to dictate our brewing calendar. - Jeff

I really enjoy that you guys are doing it this way. I hope this guy is still available when I make the trip back up there on June 27th. And Atrial too!

Yes I was caught off guard by how great this beer taste. Excellent mouthfeel and body. Honey really comes through right now. We had no problem killing that bottle haha.

Sorry this is a little off topic but didn't want to start a new thread. When is Ol' Oi! expected to release again? There's a good chance I'm moving out of state soon and that's one of the few JK beers I don't have in my reserves.
