Tonight I am enjoying CL Freshchester. I think this might be my favorite US pale ale... I will be buying a case to test this theory next time I go to CT.

 

Sierra Nevada Torpedo is right on. Just finished Green Flash's Saison Diego which is good but makes me want a Dupont instead.

 

Got some Curmudgeon and updating a backlog of reviews. The Curmudgeon is a fantastic vehicle for transporting malts to my face.

Had an Adirondack Dirty Blonde Ale with my clambake dinner... now off to bed at 8:30 so I can get up at 3am to go to work.

Found a stray Red Chair in my fridge. A bit past its prime unfortunately, the hops component to this is lacking making it more like a nice amber. Thinking of just dumping this, its still a decent brew but not sure I want this as my last memory of this seasons Red Chair.

 

Got my first taste of the Alchemist today. Unfortunately it's their Celia's Saison, which is not so spectacular (but pretty interesting). Maybe a Monk's Blood or Stone Porter next...
