I asked them at Spec's on Monday while they were sampling and they say they planned to. They weren't real specific on when though.

My understanding is that they may allow a third party to sell the syrups onsite at the brewery at some point in the future. So it may be a technicality, but I don't think Saint Arnold will be producing/selling them.

I'm sure someone at Saint Arnold can clarify, but the syrups poured at the cellar tasting event were made in-house and not by a third party. Not sure if they'll continue to make them in-house, but their woodruff syrup was so tasty that I wish they would.

Well I've been wrong a lot in this forum so take it for what it is but I was told the syrups were made by a female pouring Boiler room (she told me). Not sure if she was a full time employee of SA or a volunteer but this was my third station so I actually remember this clearly. We talked about recipes for a while...

You're right. I assumed she worked for the brewery.

We had a great view of the city, but I liked it inside a little more.

Yes, Leslie Ross is the third party I referenced earlier. She has worked as a brewery tour host in the past, but she now works at Triniti. She is considered an expert mixologist -- especially in beer cocktails. She actually won the US Finals of the Caorunn Gin Storytellers Global Cocktail Competition (see video: ).

Does anyone have a picture of the 20th anniversary glass that came with the ticket?
