    Beautiful Friday afternoon in western Germany. We had a good heat blast earlier in the week but it has started to cool down. Six weeks from today I will be spending my first full day in Dover, Delaware for the next four years of my life. After some house cleaning today it is time to watch the U.S. Open and enjoy an American beer.

    I like it. It's less smoked than schlenkerla. Mouthfeel is also a bit thicker. Would buy it again.
