Enjoying my last Toppling Goliath/Tree House David paired with glorious treats from my local old-school Italian grocery--sweet Prosciutto di Parma, handmade bocconcini, fresh basil. I think Michelangelo would have approved  Cheers to surviving a hot and steamy Monday and to the privilege of drinking such wonderful beer!

He's one helluva an artist, isn't he? Told him he'd be lucky to get some of your BBQ rub!

This might be my favorite beer from Founders, even better than KBS. I love how much the barrel adds in terms of different flavor. Coconut, maple candy, bourbon, char. And it's "easier" to find.

My weekly tasting with @Abbbp went well this week:

Another fantastic beer from jester king, Biere de Miel was a perfect choice for the summer.

    Dinner was amazing.

And finally a very nice Berliner from De Garde, as if they know how to brew any other kind of Berliner.

Oh man, what a day for U.S. soccer. Germany whips the ever-loving shit out of Portugal (no hard feelings Portugal, but it's good news for us) and we beat the team that's knocked us out of the last two Cups. Today really turned out to be a best case scenario for our team!

Relaxing now with a slimmer of Bengali. I always enjoyed Bengali Tiger, and this is at least as good after whatever tweaks Sixpoint threw into the recipe. Saude, galera!

Christening my Father's Day gift, with a stout that I can really trust. Man this proper glassware really funnels the amazing smell directly to the nose.
