    It's a kolsch off! Reissdorf in the left corner, homebrew in the right.

    About the same color. Reissdorf has fuller body and aroma but kind of a tang at the end. Mine is lighter, smoother, and drier. I take the Reissdorf, Ms. Nixon picks the homebrew.

    Picked up some winners from Mother's in Springfield, MO last week.

    Strange stout. Big sweet pipe tobacco and darkly toasted wheat bread with coffee, but pretty thin...more porter like.

    Cool story...caught this fatass green caterpillar last October and put it in a glass tank.

    Yesterday it turned into this badass giant moth.

    A bird will probably pick this thing off in a matter of minutes after it takes flight.

    Picked up three 6 packs of this stuff. Glad I did because I really like it (already finished off 9 bottles over the weekend). Not a huge fan of doppelbocks but love the addition of cinnamon. A little sweet but still very good.

    Growler poured from the keg I bought Saturday for the kiddo's party.
    Good beer, good music around here, and the US won. Good all around day, I'd say.

    Keepin' on the local brewery train and fart machine photo bomb compliments of my wife. (Which was an extra along with a toothbrush and toothpaste from my kid's dentist.) I'm organizing a protest in front of my Dentist's office who does adults...he needs to step up his game - c'mon...toothpaste, toothbrush, floss... So Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
