    I was wondering if anyone that bought their ticket in the tasting room has received a refund yet. I have emailed [email protected] but have heard no response. I just wanted to make sure I have not missed any refund period that may have happened.

    I bought my ticket through eventbrite and haven't received a refund yet. I think they said that they were looking to have the process completed last week and I've been holding off on e-mailing them. I wonder if people have gotten their refunds at all?

    I made my purchase through eventbrite and received my 2 refunds 4-5 days ago.

    I'm not sure about the tasting room purchases but, both of my refunds from eventbrite came through on Monday.

    I got my refunds processed just fine last week, and I was one of the people with a target card that was cancelled.

    Mine went through. I'm going to roll it over into an El Catador 2.0 purchase whenever that becomes available to renew. Bad apples suck.

    Hate to bump this but I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything as to whether Cigar City is giving a refund for the tickets bought in the tasting room. I know they've got a lot going on but I feel like 3+months with no update is kind of ridiculous, especially since everyone who bought their ticket through eventbrite looks to have received their refund. Not trying to make a big deal with this, but it does annoy me that they seem to have taken care of everyone except those of us that bought the ticket in the tasting room.

    Gooner14, if you still haven't had a response up till today email [email protected]. I know that we have processed most Tasting Room purchase refunds, so if yours wasn't refunded it was an error in the system, not an attempt to keep your $50 but give everyone else theirs.

    I purchased 2 tickets via eventbrite and have not received a refund for 1. Should I send my proof of purchase to the above listed e mail address?

    The eventbrite refunds were automatic. Every single one was refunded. Did you personally buy both those tickets or did you buy one second hand? If you did and somehow didn't get a refund something seriously screwy happened. If that is the case yes email. That said if you bought it second hand we can not provide a refund.
