Interesting that the "last Terry beer" (Oud 15) is the worst of the most recent releases. Not to say it was anybody's fault, Terry makes great beers, but it seems like their current brewer knows what he is doing when it comes to sours. I hope he continues to release new and unique beers that aren't Terry's recipes.

The base beer for Et Tu Brut was a barrel from Terry's time at Bullfrog. Nate added the fruit and some of the newer wild yeast he has been using. I'd probably say that one was a mixture of the 2 brewers.

They will keep up with the sour/wild ales going forward. I do not know what will be next, but got the chance to try a few grrrz variations the night before the release. We had strawberry, blue/blackberry, and another kriek. They were uncarbonated/still right from the fermenter/barrel...but tasting really good in my opinion. These will eventually be bottled.

Lots of "instawale" releases are just hype, but this one really isn't. These beers are fantastic.
