For me, the biggest turn off is when ACB segues from an apology to dissing the op. That's a really lame attempt to shift responsibility & disseminate blame.

When the op mistakenly sent the wrong bottle he immediately took ownership of his mistake & worked to make it right. The op's error, and his subsequent actions, aren't at all equivalent to ACB neglecting to ship for weeks & failing to communicate. THAT, on ACB's part is, imo, doubly douchey.

I suspect most of us would tend to go defensive when publicly challenged. ACB screwed up and is making things right.

You're probably right. I still find it a turn off. I'm also underwhelmed that he's making it right & picking up communication only after being called out publicly. It shouldn't have to come to this. Jmo.

Still no need to start calling names. Coming back and picking up communication shows lack of malice to me. That's important.

Calling names? Do you mean douchey? I actually borrowed that from ACB. He referred to himself as douchey. Twice actually.

But, yes, you're right. It'ss good to see this resolving happily.
